Order Process

1. Place your order and leave your email for us to follow up with you
2. Once your order has been placed and received you will receive an email from one of our team comfirming your order and take all important information  including; sizing, colour options and design details. 
3. Once options and designs have been received and quality checked your order will then be added to our print queue (Please expect a turnaround time of 5-10 working days before dispatch) 

As all of our products are custom made and branded. Returns are not accepted. Refunds are only issued for faulty items and is only issued at our discretion. 

We quality check all of our orders prior to postage.

Our advised turnaround time is 7-10 Working days before dispatch. This does not include shipping time.

Our usual shipping supplier is EVRI. Estimated shipping time is 3-5 working days from postage.
